This section will provide an ongoing summary of preliminary strategies and policies being considered for the General Plan. It will include the key ideas and concepts from community workshops.
Development Opportunity Sites:
The General Plan will address how to accommodate and facilitate desired changes of underutilized land. The land use planning will focus on how these opportunity sites should be developed.
There are a variety of opportunities the General Plan will address. The public workshops will promote the exchange of issues, strategies and policy recommendations. The map below indicates the location of opportunity sites and identifies selected planning issues.
