The Planning Process The guidelines will be prepared in three steps over a six to eight month period. STEP ONE: Residential Design Issues and Objectives STEP TWO: Draft Design Guidelines STEP THREE: Final Design Guidelines A working group comprised of City staff, commissioners and City Council members will advise in the process. The community will be encouraged to participate in a design workshop and attend City Council and Planning Commission study sessions. A draft plan will be made available for community review. |
