RACESTUDIO was founded by Bruce A. Race, FAIA, AICP in 1994 to personally serve his clients. RACESTUDIO specializes in community-based urban design and guidelines, comprehensive planning, programming, and architectural design assignments. Our practice is national with assignments in California, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Arizona, and Colorado. RACESTUDIO has also assisted clients in the Philippines and Panama. RACESTUDIO's clients have received 30 planning and design awards since 1995 from the American Institute of Architects, American Planning Association, Local Government Commission, Governor of California, California League of Cities, EPA, Association of Environmental Professionals, Society of College and University Planners and California Preservation Foundation.
